Been on a Sadako kick recently and saw an image very similar to this one on a different subreddit, but can't find it anymore. It had the same pose and vibe, but I think it was drawn, had cum added, the tape was labeled XXX, and Sadako was saying something like "Why?!" Think the post had a caption like "Sadako doesn't like this tape" or something like that.
