I tried reverse image searching her, and one site hosting the video had it credited to rachel star but after looking at both of her old and newer videos it doesnt look like her
Another site just said 19, this was 4 years ago so assuming its accurate the star is now 23
I also found a chinese message board asking the exact same question about her
