Can anyone help me find out who this is? I tried to reverse search this image multiple times, even on Yandex since I know that on there there's a bigger chance of finding images for some reason, but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea who this is and if there's a higher res image out there?
(Context: a few artists recently got hacked and the cover of a Spotify single was changed to something else that had this picture in it as well. Specifically artists like Arca, Dev Lemons and Underscores had a hacked cover replacement that had this picture in it)
