This image, which has been intentionally blurred, has been gracing the back patio of my new neighborhood bar, and apparently it’s been here so long that even the new ownership as of a couple years ago don’t know who it is. As far as I can tell it’s a centerfold style.
My guess is it’s a blown up still from an older magazine. Best of luck, afficionados.
