JAV Porn – Is it a wrong assumption to think that JAV actresses prefer to fuck and film with “hotter” actors?

I think if I'm an actresses. Yes it is a job, but by and large I would DEFINITELY prefer to film with the hunks and handsome dudes. Like I would definitely prefer Iseidon Uchimura(pictured) over Taku Yoshimura or Yuto Kuroda over Yuta Imai.

But the gist I get from reading around the internet is at best actresses don't care or indifferent because they're getting paid either way and I'm like no way lol. I work on a project based positions(Tech/Software) in real life and there are projects that made me satisfied aside from the monetary aspect and there are projects that I just wanted to get over with i.e. it sucked.

I think a lot of actresses pray every morning that it's not a certain guy that they will be working with for a given project. Am I crazy and projecting too much? lol
