Mail-order DVD sales on FANZA, Japan's most popular adult entertainment platform and one of the key indicators of AV actresses' popularity, suggest that the overall popularity landscape has remained largely unchanged.
In June 2026, Kanna Seto reclaimed the No. 1 spot. Familiar names such as Saika Kawakita, Mio Ishikawa, and Miyu Aizawa ranked 3rd, 4th, and 6th, respectively.
The biggest surprise was Nao Satsuki, a former SOD Star exclusive actress. Since becoming a freelance performer, her ranking has improved dramatically. After placing 5th the previous month, she climbed to No. 2 in June. The same can be said for Yuika Onosaka and Yu Tano, who have started appearing in the Top 10 on a regular basis.
Another notable trend this month, likely driven by both new releases and promotional campaigns, was the strong comeback of actresses from IdeaPocket, whose momentum had declined for a period but who have now returned to the upper ranks. These include Mitsuri Nagahama (8th), Ria Aise (12th), Nene Misumi (13th), Miu Nakamura (20th), and Saki Sasaki (29th). Even Kana Momonogi, who has already retired from the industry, made the list at No. 28 thanks to the release of a box set.
