ive been trying to locate this full scene for some time:
from SBNS-010 (but i have seen it as SBNR-10) featuring Mizuno Sayaka. the original video is a compilation and seems to have the scene edited down. beginning at 44 minutes, its about a woman who begins sleeping with her sons bullies. i have done a lot of searching myself, so im not really hopeful, but i thought i would bring it to the masters here.
